CHAIN OF COMMAND

Under the authority of: FSL Officer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the FSL team in implementing agriculture-related activities including registration, technical verification, and monitoring.
• Support in implementing other FSL activities as needed (Livestock, and small business).
• Facilitator and Co-facilitator for technical trainings (farmers’ trainings).
• Regularly monitor the program activities’ progress.
• Support conducting follow-up visits for farmers and providing technical guidance.
• Support the team in the data entry.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports to the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum, an institute degree in agricultural engineering.
• Have at least 1 year of experience in NGOs.
• Living in the Tassil district or the surrounding area.
• Experience in implementing agricultural activities is desirable.
• Ability to travel via ground transportation regularly.
• Good computer skills, including MS Office and data entry skills, are desirable.
• A university degree in agricultural engineering is desirable.
• Minimum, an institute degree in agriculture.
• Have at least 1 year of experience in NGOs.
• Knowledge of using KOBO and Google registration forms.
