Missions principales
Le volontaire est chargé de la mobilisation des ressources financières et non financières pour soutenir les opérations et programmes de l'organisation. Il identifie les opportunités de financement, prépare des propositions de subventions et déploie des stratégies de collecte innovantes. Il élabore et met en œuvre un plan de travail pour la génération de fonds, en lien avec le Secrétaire général. Il assure le suivi des engagements des bailleurs et le respect des obligations contractuelles, notamment la production de rapports narratifs et financiers de qualité. Il coordonne les accords de financement, contrôle les échéances de dépenses et de reporting, et contribue à la redevabilité envers les donateurs. Le suivi-évaluation des résultats est intégré au reporting afin de garantir l'impact des projets. Il développe également la base de soutiens par des campagnes de collecte et des actions de mobilisation de ressources non financières auprès du secteur privé et des particuliers. Enfin, il participe à la veille, à la recherche comparative et à la mise à jour des outils de suivi des ressources, ainsi qu'à la rédaction de la newsletter de l'organisation.
Profil recherche
Le candidat idéal est une personne âgée de 18 à 30 ans, passionnée par l'impact social et souhaitant s'engager dans une carrière au sein du secteur non lucratif. Un diplôme ou une formation en relations publiques, communication, administration des affaires, marketing, développement international ou domaine équivalent est souhaitable. Une expérience solide dans la rédaction de propositions, la mobilisation de fonds ou le développement de partenariats peut compenser l'absence de titre académique. Une excellente maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable pour interagir avec les bailleurs internationaux. La maîtrise des techniques de communication, la rigueur dans le suivi des dossiers et la capacité à travailler en autonomie sont essentielles. Une bonne connaissance des cycles de projet et des exigences des bailleurs européens (comme Erasmus+) est un atout pour cette mission de renforcement des capacités de l'organisation.
Conditions proposees
Cette mission s'effectue en volontariat à temps plein, pour une durée minimale de six mois, sans compensation financière. Les frais directs liés aux activités opérationnelles (déplacements pour réunions, visites terrain, etc.) sont pris en charge par l'organisation. En revanche, le logement et le transport quotidien restent à la charge du volontaire. Cette opportunité offre une immersion complète dans le fonctionnement d'une ONG internationale et le développement de compétences concrètes en gestion des ressources et partenariats.

Job Description
In conjunction with the Secretary General, the Resource Mobilizer will be responsible for generating both financial and non-financial resources to sustain ITF’s operations and programs.
Primary Responsibilities
• Identify and prepare grant proposals and develop other fundraising strategies for projects and office expenses.
• Develop a funds generation and resource mobilization work plan and oversee its implementation.
• Maintain ongoing engagement with supporters, ensuring transparency on project progress, impact, and financial accountability through personalized communication and detailed reports.
• Expand ITF’s supporter base by leading structured fundraising campaigns.
• Mobilize non-financial resources from private sector entities, individuals, and corporate partners.
• Coordinate agreements connected to funding opportunities and ensure timely submission of reports and grant renewals.
• Monitor donor reporting and grant expenditure deadlines, preparing high-quality narrative and financial reports in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Contribute to the production of the ITF Newsletter with a focus on resource mobilization updates.
• Keep ITF’s fundraising and resource mobilization records up to date.
• Strengthen ITF’s fundraising strategies through independent research and benchmarking against larger nonprofit organizations.
Candidate Specifications
• Must be between the ages of 18 – 30.
• Must commit to a minimum of six months full-time service.
• Strong interest in fundraising, partnerships, communications, and nonprofit growth.
• Highly motivated and passionate about supporting communities, with a genuine interest in career development in the nonprofit sector.
Education Background
• A degree or diploma in Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, Development Studies, International Relations, or a related field is desirable.
• Candidates with strong demonstrated experience in fundraising, writing proposals, or mobilizing resources will also be considered, even if they do not hold a formal qualification in the above fields.
Compensation
Although ITF Volunteer staff enjoy limitless opportunities, ITF does NOT provide any form of compensation. ITF staff operate on a full-time volunteer basis. Volunteers are responsible for their own basic expenses, such as accommodation and transport to the office. ITF provides direct operational expenses only, such as transport to meetings, field visits, and official operations.
