Chargé de développement de projets – Port-Soudan
Missions principales
Le Chargé de développement de projets contribue à l’élaboration de propositions de projets conformes à la stratégie programmatique globale et pays d’Acted. Il/elle assure la gestion des subventions, le suivi des contrats et le reporting dans les délais aux bailleurs, en lien avec les équipes programme, finances, logistique et suivi-évaluation. Il/elle facilite la coordination et la communication interne entre départements concernés, suit les partenaires et consolide les informations pour la communication externe. Ses responsabilités couvrent le fundraising, l’analyse contextuelle, les relations externes, la rédaction de propositions, le suivi des accords, la production de rapports et l’archivage. Il/elle peut encadrer du personnel et participer à la visibilité institutionnelle d’Acted au Soudan.
Profil recherche
Le poste requiert un diplôme de niveau Master en relations internationales, développement, sciences politiques ou domaine pertinent, ainsi qu’une première expérience professionnelle de 1 à 2 ans sur un poste similaire. Le candidat doit connaître la conception de projets, la rédaction de propositions et la gestion de subventions, ainsi que le système humanitaire et les mécanismes des bailleurs. Il/elle doit faire preuve de solides compétences rédactionnelles, analytiques, de coordination et interpersonnelles, et savoir travailler dans un environnement multiculturel, rapide et sous pression. Acted recherche une personne entrepreneuriale, capable de saisir des opportunités, de s’adapter et de prendre des risques mesurés, avec une sensibilité climatique et environnementale, équilibrant principes et pragmatisme, ambition et humilité.
Conditions proposees
Le contrat est à durée déterminée de six mois, avec une prise de fonction mentionnée en novembre 2026. La rémunération mensuelle brute est comprise entre 1 800 et 2 000 € avant impôt, selon le profil et le niveau de sécurité, à laquelle s’ajoute une indemnité de vie mensuelle de 300 $. L’hébergement et la nourriture sont fournis dans la maison d’hôtes d’Acted. Le poste inclut pension, assurances santé et vie, assistance au rapatriement, et assurance chômage pour les citoyens de l’UE. Les billets d’avion sont pris en charge tous les six mois, ainsi que les frais de visa et jusqu’à 100 kg de bagages selon la durée du contrat. Des R&R sont prévus tous les trois mois, avec billets couverts jusqu’à 500 $ et indemnité de 200 $. Le congé annuel varie de 25 à 43 jours par an. Une formation d’une semaine avant le départ au siège, incluant quatre jours de formation sécurité, est prévue, ainsi qu’un conseil fiscal et une assistance psychologique. You will be in charge of
The Project Development Officer (PDO) contributes to the development of project proposals in line with Acted’s global and in-country programme strategy, and ensures proper grant management, incl. timely reporting of project achievements to donors. The PDO facilitates internal communication and coordination with relevant departments, and contributes to Acted external communication strategy.

Expected skills and qualifications
- Master Level education in a relevant field such as International Relations, Development or Political Science;
- 1-2 years previous work experience in a relevant position;
- Previous related work experience, with knowledge of project design, proposal writing and grants management;
- Knowledge of the humanitarian aid system and ability to understand the donors systems;
- Strong oral and written communication skills, analytical skills;
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment;
- Ability to work well under pressure;
- Good team spirit and ability to work with diverse profiles.

Conditions
- Salary between 1800 and 2000€ monthly (before income tax), depending on the level of education, security level, etc as well as a monthly living allowance of $300
