Missions principales
Right To Play, organisation internationale intervenant dans 13 pays, recherche un·e consultant·e pour concevoir et animer deux ateliers d'une demi-journée sur la sensibilisation culturelle à destination de ses équipes à Addis-Abeba, en Éthiopie. La mission s'inscrit dans une démarche de renforcement des capacités internes et de promotion d'un environnement de travail inclusif, respectueux et équitable. Le·la consultant·e travaillera en coordination avec l'équipe People & Culture de l'organisation. Il·elle sera chargé·e de conduire une réunion de cadrage, de concevoir un programme interactif mêlant supports visuels et exercices pratiques, et de faciliter deux sessions en présentiel en septembre 2026. Les contenus aborderont notamment la diversité culturelle au-delà des nationalités, les styles de communication, les normes sociales d'un point de vue africain et européen, les dynamiques de pouvoir, ainsi que le développement des compétences interpersonnelles. Une attention particulière sera portée à la création d'un espace d'apprentissage sécurisé pour des échanges sensibles. Le·la consultant·e devra également remettre un plan de formation, les supports de présentation, une liste de ressources et un rapport post-formation d'environ cinq pages, en intégrant les retours des participants et des recommandations opérationnelles.
Profil recherche
Le·la consultant·e doit justifier d'une expérience avérée dans le domaine de la diversité, de l'équité et de l'inclusion (DEI), ainsi qu'en communication interculturelle et en formation à la sensibilisation culturelle. Une expérience de travail avec des équipes internationales ou multiculturelles est indispensable. De solides compétences en facilitation, en présentiel comme en ligne, et en animation de groupes sont requises. Une excellente maîtrise de l'anglais est nécessaire ; la maîtrise de l'amharique est souhaitable mais pas obligatoire. Le·la consultant·e devra faire preuve d'une grande sensibilité aux dynamiques de pouvoir et de privilège, d'une capacité à gérer des discussions sensibles et d'une bonne connaissance des contextes africain et européen. Il·elle devra également adhérer aux politiques de sauvegarde mondiale et au code de conduite de Right To Play.
Conditions proposees
La mission est proposée en consultance pour une durée estimée de 4 à 6 jours ouvrés, incluant la préparation, l'animation et la rédaction du rapport. Les sessions se dérouleront en présentiel à Addis-Abeba. La date limite de candidature est fixée au 23 août 2026 à 23h59 (heure de l'Est). To strengthen staff capacity to work effectively in multicultural environments, while fostering teamwork and collaboration in high pressure tight deadline scenarios, the INGO seeks a qualified consultant to design and deliver two half-day in person trainings in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia for Right To Play staff.
Objectives
To enhance staff understanding of:
- Cultures and environmentally adapted behaviors
- Respect for diverse norms, values, habits, and practices
- Understanding collaboration and communication from culture-based context
Scope of Work
Preparation
- Conduct brief inception meeting with People & Culture staff of Right To Play
- Design interactive in person training (slides + practical exercises)
Delivery
- Facilitate two half-day in person training in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia in September 2026
- Ensure high participant engagement and in-depth reflections and conversations (e.g., polls, breakout groups, case discussions)
- Create a safe and constructive learning environment for sensitive discussions
Post-Session
- Share training materials and resource list
- Submit post training report (5 pages circa)

Qualifications
- Proven experience in DEI, intercultural communication and cultural awareness training
- Experience with international or multicultural teams
- Strong online and in-person facilitation skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Fluency in Amharic not necessary, but desirable
