Responsable Logistique – Pool d'Urgence
Missions principales
Le/la Responsable Logistique du Pool d'Urgence appuie les interventions d'urgence de MSF en assurant la faisabilité technique et logistique des opérations. Il/elle contribue à définir les objectifs et la stratégie logistique, supervise les activités logistiques et techniques, et garantit l'application des fondamentaux MSF. Il/elle assure la gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement avec les équipes supply, encadre, recrute, forme et évalue le personnel logistique. Il/elle soutient les activités techniques (WASH, construction, distributions) et fournit un renfort surge aux missions lors de pics d'activité. Il/elle participe à la planification de la réponse d'urgence, à l'analyse du contexte, propose des mesures de réduction des risques, garantit la disponibilité des ressources et infrastructures logistiques, la fiabilité des télécommunications et le respect des politiques, standards et exigences qualité MSF. Il/elle contribue à la capitalisation des expériences et produit des rapports réguliers d'activité logistique.
Profil recherche
Le poste exige une formation secondaire minimale, idéalement complétée par une formation technique ou logistique, et une expérience en gestion de projet technique serait un atout. Le candidat doit justifier d'au moins deux ans d'expérience chez MSF sur des postes logistiques de management, ainsi qu'une expérience en contextes d'urgence et de sécurité volatile. Une solide connaissance des fondamentaux logistiques MSF et des opérations terrain est indispensable, tout comme l'expérience en gestion et supervision d'équipe. Une expérience en ONG similaires est un atout. Les compétences requises incluent leadership, gestion d'équipe, capacité à travailler sous pression, analyse et prise de décision, négociation et communication, organisation, flexibilité, adaptabilité en environnements multiculturels et multidisciplinaires. La maîtrise professionnelle de l'anglais et du français est obligatoire, ainsi que MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Conditions proposees
Le contrat est à durée déterminée selon les besoins, à pourvoir dès que possible, à temps plein (100 %). Le poste est basé sur le terrain, avec une mobilité élevée et une disponibilité pour des déploiements à court préavis dans des contextes d'urgence sur les missions WaCA. Le/la titulaire dépend hiérarchiquement du Coordinateur de Projet – Urgence et fonctionnellement du Coordinateur Logistique – Urgence. Objectives
The Emergency Pool Logistics Manager is responsible for supporting emergency interventions by ensuring the technical and logistical feasibility of operations. He/she contributes to the definition and implementation of logistics strategies, supervises logistics activities, and ensures adequate support to medical operations while maintaining high standards of quality and security.
Main responsibilities
Contribute to defining intervention objectives and logistics strategy
Ensure technical and logistical feasibility of emergency operations
Supervise logistics and technical activities and ensure application of MSF logistics basics
Ensure proper supply chain management in collaboration with supply teams
Manage, recruit, train and evaluate logistics staff
Support implementation of technical activities (WASH, construction, distributions, etc.)
Provide surge support to missions during emergencies or peak workload periods
Contribute to emergency response planning and implementation
Participate in context analysis and propose risk reduction measures
Ensure availability and proper management of logistics resources and infrastructures
Ensure reliability of telecommunications and communication systems
Guarantee compliance with MSF policies, standards and quality requirements
Contribute to capitalization of logistics experience and knowledge
Produce regular logistics activity reports
Job requirements
Education
· Minimum secondary education
· Technical or logistics training is an asset
· Experience in technical project management is an advantage
