Le poste de spécialiste des applications métier au sein du bureau kenyan de MSF-Holland vise à améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle des programmes humanitaires par l'optimisation des plateformes numériques et des outils d'automatisation. Sous l'autorité du chef de bureau, le titulaire assure la gestion, le développement et la maintenance des applications, en lien avec la coordination informatique du siège. Il pilote la gestion du site web du bureau Kenya, l'actualisation du catalogue en ligne des produits en collaboration avec les équipes SPINCO et UF, et l'intégration API des produits. Il garantit la sécurité et le chiffrement des données pour l'ensemble des sites et systèmes, conformément à la loi sur la protection des données et aux normes MSF. Il supervise les projets de programmation, du développement aux tests, assure le suivi-évaluation des outils numériques, et prépare des manuels de formation et des documentations techniques pour les utilisateurs et les développeurs. Il intervient également en appui au hub biomédical de Nairobi sur les tutoriels audio/vidéo, la réalité augmentée/virtuelle et l'impression 3D.
Le profil recherché combine une expertise technique pointue et une capacité d'accompagnement des équipes. Le candidat doit être titulaire d'un diplôme en informatique ou en informatique de gestion et justifier d'au moins trois ans d'expérience en développement et mise en œuvre d'applications ou dans un poste similaire. Il doit maîtriser les systèmes Linux, les outils de versionnement Git et GitHub, le langage Python et le framework Odoo. Des connaissances solides en SQL, en développement mobile Flutter, en technologies web (HTML, CSS, jQuery, XML, JavaScript, Java, Node.js, Angular), ainsi que sur les plateformes MS Azure, SharePoint, Power Apps et MS Automate sont également requises. Une familiarité avec les protocoles de sécurité des données et les normes de conformité est essentielle. Le titulaire devra faire preuve de compétences en résolution de problèmes, en collaboration avec des équipes transverses et en formation et support des utilisateurs. Une expérience dans une ONG ou dans le secteur humanitaire serait un atout.

MSF – Holland, Kenya office is currently sourcing for a suitable candidate to fill the following position:
Main Purpose
Reporting to Head of Office, the incumbent will be responsible for process improvements through optimal utilization of an assigned platform, by management, development and maintenance of the functionality realized with it and by support of its end users.
Specific accountabilities include but are not limited to:
· Responsible for automation Tools Programming/Development & Management including implementing, maintaining, and supporting new and existing automation tools.
· Responsible for website management and upgrading the KO website in collaboration with the ICT HQ team to ensure functionality, Domain hosting & Security Management in Microsoft Azure, Input specific data and content into the website tools as required.
· Responsible for Online Catalogue Maintenance by Implementing and maintaining KO Online Catalogue, ensuring the product list is up-to-date with appropriate codes, photos, and videos, Collaborate closely with SPINCO and UF teams to ensure API Integration of Products in the online catalogue are updated and merged.
· Ensure data security and encryption for all KO websites, tools, and systems, Implement secure IT and data protocols in compliance with the Data Protection Act and MSF standards.
· Oversee the management of programming projects throughout the code development, testing, and implementation phases and provide regular updates and support project teams to ensure adherence to MSF standards.
· Prepare and conduct training manuals/presentations for KO tools and systems while developing detailed system guidelines for developers as a backup measure for HQ ICT.
· Performing unit testing and other forms of testing to ensure the quality and reliability of Applications, Identifying and resolving issues across the entire application stack.
· Ensuring the application is efficient, scalable, and secure by maintaining and upgrading existing modules and systems
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues with Applications
· Advise and support Nairobi BIOMED Hub (NBIOCA) on Audio/Video tutorials, AR/VR tutorials, and 3D printing initiatives.
· Keeping up-to-date with the latest releases and features of Systems
Requirements
Education
Bachelors / MSc in computer science and/ or business IT
Experience
At least 3+ years of experience in managing application development and Implementation or experience in similar position.
Languages
Fluent in English and Kiswahili essential
Knowledge
- Knowledge in Linux Based Systems, Version Control: Git and GitHub
- Python Programming: Strong proficiency in Python
- Odoo Framework: In-depth knowledge of the Odoo framework and its modules.
- Understanding in Server-side languages and Debugging code
- Strong technical expertise in IT systems, tools, and programming such as Python, SQL server, Flutter/ cross platform mobile apps development, HTML/CSS, jQuery, XML, JavaScript, Java, Node.js, Angular, Power Apps, MS SharePoint & MS Automate, Open ERP/Odoo, Dashboard platform, MS Azure, Linux OS, Windows OS
- Familiarity with data security protocols and compliance standards (e.g., Data Protection Act).
- Ability to prepare training materials and system documentation.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
